Apple Releases First Lion Update

Four weeks after releasing Lion, Mac OS X 7, Apple unveiled its first update to the operating system. The release brings a host of improvements and fixes to the first release’s bugs. Updates have been made to stabilize data transfer, settings, and changes older application in the new system. Apple named specific fixes in the update, citing solving a bug problem with Safari when some Macs would become unresponsive when playing a video. Apple has also addressed the problem with a few cases of an administrator’s account going missing after installing Lion and has improved WiFi reliability.  All in all, the update, available for Lion users via Software Update, will bring welcome changes and even better experience with OS Lion.
